About Amy

Amy Johnson is a business coach, facilitator, and speaker who helps leaders and teams cut through misalignment and move forward with clarity.

She partners with executives and organizations navigating growth, change, and critical moments, helping them align priorities, strengthen communication, and drive performance.

Amy began her career in Hollywood, spending a decade at New Line Cinema in production and acquisitions, where she contributed to Academy Award–winning films. In high-stakes, fast-paced environments, she learned to align competing priorities, build trust across teams, and advance complex initiatives under pressure.

With experience spanning film, fashion, finance, and entrepreneurial ventures, Amy brings a rare blend of creative strategy and business discipline to her work.

She has worked with teams across industries—including wealth management firms, private companies, and academic institutions such as Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business—helping them strengthen collaboration, clarify direction, and reconnect with what drives performance.

Amy is the creator of the Aligned Success framework, a practical approach that connects values to decision-making, behavior, and results.

Based in Los Angeles with her two daughters, she is also the author of the forthcoming book Life Lessons in Pickleball: Joy, Connection, and Why It’s Never Too Late to Get in the Game, which explores resilience, reinvention, and starting again.

After working with Amy, leaders leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.
