Joy, Connection, and Why It’s Never Too Late to Get in the Game

GET INTO THE GAME TOGETHER

A Corporate Pickleball Experience Inspired by the Life Lessons in Pickleball

Fun. Connection. Leadership.

Strong teams aren’t built in conference rooms alone.

Get in the Game Together combines guided pickleball with facilitated learning to create an experience that is fun, social, and relevant to how people actually work together.

Designed initially for groups of up to 20 participants, the signature experience is approximately 3 hours and can be customized around the team’s current needs.

Get in the Game Together Experience

Get on the Court | 75–90 minutes
Guided pickleball for mixed experience levels, with instruction for beginners as needed. Participants rotate partners, play, laugh, compete, and experience teamwork in real time.

From Court to Work | 60–75 minutes
Amy leads a facilitated conversation connecting what happened on the court to how the team communicates, makes decisions, adapts, builds trust, and works together. Light food or lunch can be provided. Participants use simple reflection prompts to notice patterns from play and connect them to how they work together.

Carry It Forward | 10–15 minutes
Participants identify an insight and commitment to take back to work.

About the Author

Amy Johnson is a Los Angeles-based author, business coach and former Hollywood film executive. She discovered pickleball by accident on the last day of a business trip.

She began noticing things on the court that she applied to her life and work. After playing she would sit in her car and capture those reflections into her Notes app. Over time, those notes became this book.

Today, she helps leaders and teams improve communication and alignment so they can thrive wherever they find themselves. In the boardroom or on opposite sides of the net. As long as no one steps in the Kitchen.

She lives near Venice, California.
